What resolutions have you made for the New Year? We hope you’ll resolve to get involved with RESOLVE New England in 2014! Looking for ways to get involved? Here are our top 5 resolutions on ways to get involved with RNE!
In 2014, RESOLVE to…
1. Find Support
With more than fifteen peer groups throughout the New England region, our peer-led support groups are one of our biggest points of pride in the organization. This New Year, resolve to get the support you need on your infertility journey. We believe strongly in the power of face-to-face support, especially from volunteer peer leaders who truly understand what the infertility experience is like. Our peer group attendees continually write to us to share just how powerful and helpful these support groups have been for them; many of our attendees go on to become peer leaders themselves down the road. Whether you’re looking to find support for general infertility, pregnancy loss, adoption, secondary infertility, donor egg and more – we’ve got you covered. Find out more about our support groups here!
2. Find Answers
With a variety of educational programs throughout the year, we offer expert-led educational workshops and seminars to help inform you on your path to parenthood. In 2014, resolve to find answers on your journey by attending our educational programs. Join us on Saturday, January 25, 2014 for our Adoption and Donor and Surrogacy Connect & Learn Seminars: a comprehensive full-day workshop with multiple sessions and parent panels to help you take the next steps in your family-building decision-making process. Registration is now open for both Connect & Learn Seminars. If you have questions about seeking treatment and insurance coverage, join our next Insurance Advocate Call-In Support Line Hour on Tuesday, January 28, 2014.
3. Get Connected
Are you following us on Facebook? How about Twitter? Did you know we update our blog regularly? At RNE, we’re committed to engaging with our membership and supporters in a variety of ways. This New Year, make sure you’re as connected as you can be with RNE by liking us on Facebook, following us on Twitter, linking up with us on LinkedIn and subscribing to our blog. And don’t forget to sign up for our weekly eNewsletter in your inbox!
4. Give Back
If you’re looking for an opportunity to make a difference in 2014, resolve to give back to RNE. You can help us by making a contribution today. If you can’t give in funds, we would be most appreciative if you can give back your time in 2014. With many new initiatives and projects, we need volunteers like you to help us continue to grow our outreach throughout New England. Volunteers are the heart and soul of our organization. If you’re interested in getting involved by giving back your time, learn more about volunteering with RNE. We’re also looking for personal stories from members and supporters throughout 2014 for our blog. If you’re interested in sharing your story, either publicly or anonymously, please let us know by sending us an email: we’d love to feature you and your story in the New Year!
