Dear AllPaths Community,
There are moments in the life of an organization that ask us to both pause in gratitude and look ahead with intention. This is one of those moments.
With appreciation for Kate Weldon LeBlanc’s leadership and all she has contributed to strengthening AllPaths, and following an exhaustive and thoughtful search process, I’m pleased to share that Lauren Hart Clancy has been appointed as our new Executive Director. Her steady guidance and commitment to this community have helped position AllPaths for this next chapter.

Lauren’s story with AllPaths is one that so many in this community will recognize. She came here seeking connection and understanding on her own family-building journey. And from that experience, she chose to stay, to give back, and to lead.
Over the past several years, Lauren has become an integral part of AllPaths. She has shown up as a peer, as a support group leader, and as a committed volunteer. She has helped create spaces where people feel safe enough to share what is often unspoken. Most recently, she served as Co-Chair of the Footsteps for Family Building Walk, helping to expand our reach and deepen our impact.
What stands out most is not only what Lauren has done, but how she has done it. She leads with empathy, clarity, and a deep respect for every individual who walks through our doors.
Professionally, Lauren brings strong experience in public health, nonprofit leadership, and operations. With a Master of Public Health and a career leading complex healthcare programs and community initiatives, she understands how to build systems that truly support people. She is also the founder of The Village Advocate, where she supports individuals and families navigating fertility, pregnancy, and postpartum experiences.
Lauren understands, in a very real way, that family building is not linear. She understands the uncertainty, the emotional weight, and the resilience it takes to keep moving forward. That lived understanding matters here.
As Board President, I am confident in Lauren’s ability to lead AllPaths into its next chapter. We will continue to expand access to support, strengthen our advocacy, and ensure that more individuals and families know they are not alone.
AllPaths has always been a place where people find connection, understanding, and strength in one another. Lauren reflects that spirit. She is someone who has been supported by this community and who has, in turn, helped others find their way.
